NOIFEX AI Individual Developer Commercial License
This license applies to the individual developer edition of NOIFEX AI purchased for €29.
1. License grant
Subject to these terms, one licensed developer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install, use, inspect, and modify the supplied NOIFEX AI source code for that developer's own personal and commercial projects.
2. Commercial use
The licensed developer may use NOIFEX AI to train models and create commercial applications, services, APIs, websites, internal tools, and other products. NOIFEX AI does not charge a royalty solely because a product or model was created using the framework.
3. Source-code modifications
The licensed developer may modify NOIFEX AI for their own licensed use. Modified framework code remains subject to the redistribution restrictions below.
4. Redistribution restrictions
- You may not redistribute, publish, sublicense, share, rent, or resell NOIFEX AI itself.
- You may not place the purchased source code or a substantially similar modified version in a public repository.
- You may not distribute a renamed, forked, or modified version of NOIFEX AI as a competing standalone framework.
- An individual license may not be shared by multiple developers.
5. Products created with NOIFEX AI
You may distribute products created using NOIFEX AI as long as the distributed product does not itself redistribute the NOIFEX AI framework in a way that gives recipients access to the framework source code or reusable framework package.
6. Trained models and outputs
NOIFEX AI does not claim ownership of a model merely because the framework was used to train it. Rights in trained models, outputs, datasets, pretrained weights, and other materials remain subject to the customer's inputs, third-party licenses, and applicable law.
7. Third-party software
Third-party dependencies and components remain subject to their own licenses. This commercial license applies only to NOIFEX AI material for which the licensor has the right to grant these rights.
8. Ownership
The purchase grants a software license. It does not transfer ownership of the NOIFEX AI framework, copyrights, brand, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
9. Termination
The license may terminate if the customer materially breaches these license terms and does not cure the breach where applicable. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
