Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases of the NOIFEX AI digital software product through the official NOIFEX AI sales channel.
1. Product
NOIFEX AI is a digitally delivered source-code software framework. The exact version, included files, documented functionality, compatibility information, and license scope are described on the product page and in the supplied documentation.
2. Price
The Individual Developer License is offered for €29 as a one-time purchase unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. The final payable amount is shown by the payment provider before the order is confirmed.
3. Order and payment
An order is completed when the payment provider confirms successful payment. The customer must provide accurate information required to process the order and deliver the software.
4. Digital delivery
The software is delivered electronically after successful payment. A successful order creates access to a verified download flow, and a recovery email can be used to request a fresh temporary download link.
5. Software license
Purchase of NOIFEX AI grants a license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Use is governed by the NOIFEX AI Commercial License.
6. Compatibility and customer environment
The customer is responsible for using an environment that matches the supported requirements published for the purchased release. Cloud compute, GPU rental, datasets, third-party services, and external software are not included unless expressly stated.
7. Third-party materials
Datasets, external libraries, pretrained models, and other third-party materials remain governed by their respective terms and licenses.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory remedies may apply where digital content is defective, misdescribed, or otherwise fails applicable legal requirements.
