Refund & Digital Content Policy

NOIFEX AI is delivered as digital software. This policy explains how digital delivery, withdrawal rights, defects, and payment issues are handled.

1. Immediate digital delivery

Where required by applicable consumer law, customers who request immediate access to the software will be asked during checkout to expressly consent to the start of digital delivery and acknowledge the consequence this may have for the statutory withdrawal right.

2. Withdrawal rights

Where the legal requirements for immediate digital-content delivery and the customer's acknowledgement have been satisfied, the statutory withdrawal right may cease once performance begins. The exact effect depends on the applicable consumer law.

3. Defective or misdescribed software

A loss of the withdrawal right does not remove mandatory rights relating to digital content that is defective, materially misdescribed, or otherwise fails applicable legal requirements. Where such rights apply, the customer may be entitled to legally required remedies.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If a customer believes they were charged twice or charged incorrectly, they should provide the relevant order details through the official support channel so the payment can be reviewed.

5. Refund requests

Requests should include the order identifier, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over this policy.

The checkout flow requires an immediate-digital-delivery acknowledgement before a Stripe Checkout Session is created. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
